Wauton Samuel also supply data consultancy and analysis services to Local Authorities
and other Education related organisations. For example: we have be contracted by
New Cross Gate NDC
(New Deal for Communities) to undertake a five year study to monitor and demonstrate
the impact of their interventions project; we analyse absence patterns for local authorities
by many factors including postcode and day of the week.
PASAPP is a pupil administration system whose development has been driven by the
needs of the schools which use it. As well as recording pupils' details, it includes
modules covering Applications, Assessments, Attendance, Dinner Registration, Employees,
Mentoring, SEN and Reports To Parents. There is a module covering data returns such
as School Census and the CTF as well as the production of custom returns to Local Authorities.

The finance module is fully compliant with the requirements of Consistent Financial
Reporting. It is a flexible and powerful tool to help you set, monitor and report
all aspects of the school budget.
We offer a Service Level Agreement to cover the maintenance of your networks, computer
hardware and system software. The offer is open to any school which uses our software
whether they have an SLA or a licence agreement.
Some schools have asked that we make regular visits (weekly, monthly, termly, etc)
to check that everything is working OK. Others want to be able to call us out when
they have a problem. We are happy to discuss any combination of the two.
