The school Budget can be entered as an original allocation and once the budget is
agreed changes can be made and recorded seperately as adjustments. This helps a
school monitor deviations from an original budget and will help in future years
budgeting.
The Finance allows users to create Income and Expense accounts, all of which can
be assigned to CFR Headings, each account can have a budget set and actual Income
or Expenditure written to them. The budgets can be monitored on a month by month
basis using numerous informative reports, including our Budget vs Actual report.
The Finance module provides excellent scalability, giving overall detail of budgets
and actual income/expenditure using reports such as those above, or allowing a user
to pinpoint specific transactions or budget changes as demostrated below.
