The finance module is fully compliant with the requirements of Consistent Financial
Reporting. It is a flexible and powerful tool to help you set, monitor and report
all aspects of the school budget.
Budgets for school employees can be generated after the basic information for employees
is loaded. The system takes into account the folowing elements:
Employee Salary Scales (updated annually by Wauton Samuel)
Employer Pension Contributions
Holiday Categories
Other elements of the Employee Budget can be viewed and tweaked to maintain flexibility
for all school types. Once the school is satisfied the above is correct, Employee
Pay and Conditions can be added to each member of staff.
The Finance Module will iterate through every employee (past, present and future)
and every duty for those employees. For each employee and duty the system will calculate
a monthly total cost based on the pay and conditions added to the Finance Module.
