FINANCE MODULE - School Suppliers - School Suppliers

Basic Supplier information can be recorded on the finance module, when installing the finance module in a school Wauton Samuel can export all your current supplier information and import this into your new Wauton Samuel finance module. Once the school's suppliers are loaded a user can create a supplier catalogue, adding products is optional but can save time when creating orders and invoices. Some of the popular school suppliers will come with their product cataloge pre-loaded and this will be updated at-least once a year.

Adding a supplier has been made very straight forward in the finance module.

A school can choose to enter products for a supplier, the finance module will be supplied with popular school catalogues already loaded, these include GLS and Kent County Council. These products can then be used when creating orders
