The System serves as a budget setting and modelling tool by providing facilities to automatically calculate projected costs. This allows the user to easily monitor and adjust their budget through the year.

  • Funding

    Funding can be entered onto the system at the start of a financial year and adjusted over the year's course by adding further details or funding details allowing a user to differentiate between updates.

  • Budget Allocation

    The school's Budget can be set and updated using several methods allowing a user to utilise a flexible approach to this complicated area and to 'fine tune' the budget throughout the year.

  • Budget Summary and Overall Monitoring

    A user can view the position of the overall budget at the press of a button, highlighting any discrepancies between Funding, Income and Expenditure.
