We offer our network support service on an Service Level Agreement basis, you can purchase a minimum of two SLA days for network support and these can then be used at your Discretion. This provides you with complete flexiblity on how you would like your network support to work. Some clients prefer to use their SLA days for regular visits and health checks, other clients use their SLA for large projects such as setting up new servers and networks. The flexibility of the SLA means we can cater for all options.
