to check that everything is working OK. Others want to be able to call us out when
they have a problem. We are happy to discuss any combination of the two.

This service is probived by a team that have undertaken a course leading to them becoming Microsoft Certified System Engineers.

We will guarantee to have telephone support available Monday to Friday 9 to 5, but, in practice, it will be available outside of these hours as well. We will aim to solve as many issues as possible over the ‘phone or by using specialist software which allows us to diagnose and fix problems over the internet. If an on-site visit is needed we aim for that to happen within 2 working days of the problem being registered.
