PASAPP(Pupil Administration System)

The below module is for recording and reporting pupil attendance, PASAPP allows staff to record attendance twice a day and produces a wide range of reports on attendance, from day to day registerst through to termly or annual reports on attendance statistics. The system also allows staff to specify their own dates and other parameters to make reporting even more flexible.

Head teachers are required to ensure that an attendance register for all pupils on the school roll is taken twice a day; once at the start of the morning session and once during the afternoon session. Pasapp allows a school to quickly enter attendance twice a day and at the same time specify dinner options for pupils, attendance recorded at any time can be quickly ammended by staff and reported as a paper register or electronic CTF Files.
