MAIL-MERGE - A Powerful Resource

PASAPP is a fully intergrated pupil management system that allows the recording and reporting of a very wide range of information about pupils and the adults associated with the school.
Because PASAPP is developed within MS-Access it can be integrated with other Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel. This makes it easy for users to produce custom mailing lists and mail merge letters. One flexible way of creating mailing lists with many recipients within a school is by using groups and events

The following screen shows how simple it is to set up groups of pupils and specific events, next we shall show you how pasapp can mail information to groups regarding these events.
