PASAPP is a fully intergrated pupil management system that allows the recording
and reporting of a very wide range of information about pupils and the adults associated
with the school.
Because PASAPP is developed within MS-Access it can be integrated with other Microsoft
Office tools such as Word and Excel. This makes it easy for users to produce custom mailing
lists and mail merge letters. One flexible way of creating mailing lists with many recipients
within a school is by using groups and events
Because PASAPP is written in Microsoft Access it is very simple to output information
to the other products in Microsoft Office, for example, Microsoft Word and Excel. Nearly
any form or report can be exported to either word or excel allowing a school to edit the
format of the data or use data to produce mail-merge datasources.
