Telephone Statistics for 2006/2007

Telephone Support at Wauton Samuel relies on the efficient handling of phone calls and client queries. The following page documents statistics on our telephone system usage and shows that even in the busiest of periods, such as School Census, we are able to meet the high standards that we set.

Statistics have been collected over each period from BT's Network Call Performance Reports.

How Our Clients Rate Our Support

All clients who have used the software for 3 months or more were surveyed. Replies were recieved from all but 3 of this group.
Results for 2004 are shown in BLUE, results for 2005 are shown in RED, results for 2006 are shown in GREEN.
